	Successful driving instructors and classroom instructors at DriveSafe have:     •  A minimum of 1-3 years of teaching or coaching experience  •  Demonstrated ability to work with teens and adults in a teaching or mentoring role  •  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills  •  Good organizational skills to coordinate state documents and paperwork  •  The ability and desire to work independently  •  Good judgment, reliability and professionalism  •  Clean driving and personal records (pre-employment background checks are required)  •  The ability to effectively handle and manage stress  •  The availability and flexibility to work afternoons, early evenings and weekends during school year, and days during  summer •  Non-smoking •  The desire to contribute to a growing business as a team player
